• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Verification documents submitted are false, forged, or otherwise misleading.
• The Member is under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received by or in respect of the Member.
• Continued Account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 789bat.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated by the Member without any breach on their part, any verified real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method.
